Terms and Conditions

SUMMARISED BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All bookings taken are subject to the full standard booking terms and conditions, a copy available on request. By acceptance of any travel voucher the client and the client’s agent also accepts all the booking terms and conditions.
• A confirmed booking request will be valid for 5 days.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within this period to guarantee the reservation.  Until this payment has been made, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
• The full balance due is payable 30 days prior to arrival date.
• No refund will be given to guests leaving prior to booked departure date.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice, should the full standard terms & conditions policy not be adhered to.
  
• In the event of any changes, delays or factors out of the company’s control the company will not be held liable for any costs what so ever, and any costs incurred (e.g. but not limited to: charters, un scheduled accommodation, meals, communication costs etc) must be settled directly to the third party establishments by the client.
• Any booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
• Child Policy: Children sharing with parents (maximum 2 children) shall be charged 50% of the adult sharing rate – subject to availability of a suitable room.
